HFZ Capital Group is a real estate development and investment company located in New York City. Ziel Feldman founded HFZ in 2005 and serves as chairman. As of 2019, HFZ manages development projects worth more than US$10 billion. Before launching the HFZ in 2005, Feldman was the head of the National Development Company Property Markets Group (PMG), which was co-founded with Kevin Maloney in 1991.
