       SR Capital was formed by Steve Reinstadtler and Steve Roberts, who have been working in partnership together for over 20 years. The principals were previously Co-Heads of TD Capital’s New York office, which was responsible for investing approximately $1 billion in private equity and mezzanine capital on behalf of the TD Bank Financial Group during the principals’ tenure.
