Fifteen apartments of different layouts and sizes in central London, adjacent to Hyde Park, have been designed by design studio Banda Property. It occupies several historic 1850s townhouses with classic facades, high ceilings and stucco trim. Edo Mapelli Mozzi blends traditional elegance with modern tactile materials, blurring the boundaries with his stylistic philosophy.
British historic buildings are so magnificent that even without furniture and decor, the interior Spaces of the famous Victorian and Georgian townhouses look spectacular and very harmonious. In the design of this luxury apartment, Banda's designers tried not to break this long-standing harmony of lines and shapes, subtly emphasizing all the advantages of the space with sophisticated modern furniture. Art objects in the decor have succeeded in adding style to the interior, and the view of the lush garden is simply breathtaking!
The bedrooms and living rooms in the apartment are flooded with natural light from full-height Windows, using "cloud lights" from a New York studio. These hand-frosted glass spheres give off a soft glow that adds to the relaxed and family atmosphere. A similar treatment is given to the eclectic selection of furniture in the exhibition unit. The kitchen has some very thick marble slabs, while the wood flooring shows real craftsmanship.
There is no sign of utilities in the plans for 15 different apartments; No gyms, bars, co-working Spaces or pet spas. Instead, the focus is on providing residents with better private living Spaces.
