After living in central Europe for a while, a couple returned to the Mediterranean. In their only desire, there is a power to enjoy a place, and they spent the summer of childhood. It reinterprets a villa from the last century that characterizes the coastal area of Castellon Beach, Spain.
In the scheme, Fran Silvestre updated the elements used in the adjacent buildings, such as the lattice structure that forms the fence, and the shading of the porch that is slightly above the street level. The house is configured with two volumes, connected on the same level. In this way, the scale of the portico allows for full control of the intensity of sunlight and provides privacy to the main room, maintaining views of the garden from this location with a beautiful view of the sea and sky side.
