French interior designer and furniture designer Geraldine Prieur opened the doors of her Paris home with a bold, modern interior. To get rid of cloudy and gray days, Geraldine Prieur found a radical solution: a typical Ottoman apartment designed with ultraviolet light.
Geraldine Prieur often uses striking shades to attract attention, and her home design is no exception. At the entrance, all the walls were painted Prussian blue. The same colour was used on the carpet, where modern furniture with curves was placed. The room was mostly rose. Original elements, such as decorative lines, marble fireplaces and 19th-century Windows, have been preserved to respect the place's history. Still, Geraldine Prieur was not afraid to create an interior design project that was the exact opposite of this classic setting. She decided to express her passion for color in every corner and designed bold Spaces that reflected an irreverence and a taste for avant-garde aesthetics.
