Hutchinson approached Morpheus to design and deliver the interior of a penthouse in their Chelsea Waterfront development. The request from Hutchinson was to create a space that would offer something completely different from the existing display flats, while still attracting potential buyers and enhancing the highest quality flats worth £9 million.
Both the dream and the original concept were based around the development of the industrial heritage, the life by the water and the view from above, the team created an elegant, timeless and luxurious apartment. Key components such as the restaurant's table are designed as a talking point for potential buyers, and the base of the table references the industrial building of the iconic Lots Road power station nearby, creating a customised design relevance.
