CTP apartment is a minimalist apartment located in São Paulo, Brazil, designed by VOA Arquitetura.
Valuing the view and integrating spaces in an intelligent way were the starting points for the development of the project.Starting from the building's original striking elements, such as the notable round pillars and large glass faces, which open onto an exuberant view of São Paulo.
Located in the Itaim neighborhood, the renovation of this apartment was based on the reorganization of spaces taking into account the family dynamics. The view of the treetops surrounding the project was one of the key issues in the process of distributing the environments with the aim of bringing external vegetation into the daily lives of residents.The color points in the environment were used with the intention of creating a relaxed, light and youthful atmosphere that reflected the creative personality of the clients.
