Sweden's Summer House has converted a wooden warehouse called Habre into a modern summer house. It is a single story or two-story wooden warehouse.mostly simple and small, and is painted with iron-filled red pigment named Habre.
Z_Lab felt that this change in Habre in Sweden resembled the hanoks in Seochon. Hanoks in Seochon, which have long been used as close residential spaces in their lives, have recently been regenerated into cafes, restaurants, and stays to meet the needs of modern people.creating a unique but diverse lanascape of Seochon.
The hardness of the stone base of Hanok and the weight of the roof tiles harmonize with the standing surface made of red bricks to create a special personality at the same time. The garden inside the gate is set in a hanok finished with cedar wood, along with several Korean plants, including magnolias. The interior space is equipped with wallpaper, wood finish, and props reminiscent of Sweden's Habre, and a special Swedish hanok is completed by combining rafters. stone and wood furniture of hanok structure. While you can feel the cheerful and cozy client's character throughout the space, you can feel the familiarity of hanok.
Z_Lab think Seochon's charm lies in a special sense of balance that shows each person's individuality, although all various elements blend together. Rather than following the common sense of the past, the hanoks desianed by Z_Lab aim to propose a little new design and space, and are always in mind to harmonize at the root.
