Conrad Architects has completed a residential project in Central Park in Melbourne, Australia. Characterised by a modern interpretation of heritage details, this Edwardian single-sided home has been re-imagined through creative spatial planning, additions to the second floor and quiet luxury of craftsmanship and materials.
There is a sense of restraint and calm, a sense of escape and withdrawal. Through constraints in form, material and detail, Central Park House embodies a truly timeless quality and design that leverages the subtle powers of texture, form and light to create a sanctuary defined by past and present.
