Dieter Vander Velpen is an architecture and interior design agency based in Antwerp that combines so-called "haute couture", a design based on the client's needs and personality, into the smallest details, with quality materials and exceptional craftsmanship, with the aim of creating the home of your dreams.
Very stylish interplay of lines is maintained throughout the interior of the apartment.Timeless, high-quality materials blend in a rich palette.Diverse and classic design elements complement each other.forming a graphic, modern composition.
This duplex penthouse has a usable area of 240 m² and is well-lit, with just the right amount of space in front and back to see the view. The living room and the master bedroom below the first floor have a magnificent view of the city, and the home looks out over the beautiful Bonapartedok marina and the Antwerp riverside museum MAS.
The kitchen cabinets and dining table are made entirely of walnut, which perfectly matches the abundant presence of marble and provides a sense of grandeur and a touch of Mediterranean flair to the interior. The island in the kitchen is made of natural stone, which seems to rise from the ground as an island, cleverly hiding the drains, a deliberate arrangement by the architects, without being superfluous and abrupt to disturb the sense of line and mood itself.
