This Dubai apartment belongs to a family couple who own properties in various countries. Initially purchased as an investment, they hadn't decided whether to rent it out or live in it themselves. Therefore, the brief was to create a versatile design that would appeal to everyone while completing the project in the shortest possible time. 

Spanning 220 square meters, the apartment features a spacious living area combined with a kitchen and dining room, three bedrooms, and several bathrooms. All windows offer stunning sea views, and the building itself is located on the waterfront. It was precisely the breathtaking view that led the clients to choose this particular property.

Evgeniia Evinzon would describe the style of this interior as modern classic. My main goal was to create an atmosphere of relaxation while capturing the sense of tranquility that the sea view brings—a perfect blend of comfort, serenity, and elegance.

This was my first full-scale project in the UAE, and Evgeniia Evinzon was a bit apprehensive about the construction phase and sourcing, but the entire process was smooth and efficient. For the clients, Dubai became a new location, and it was important for them to feel at home in the apartment while also sensing the local flavor. The interior achieved just that—comfortable and relaxing, like a sea breeze.
