GLC Paints, Saudi Arabia's top art paint brand, founded by Abdel Fattah Ibrahim El Hout. In 1979, they opened their first factory in the Arabian Gulf, and in 1991, to consolidate and expand operations in the Middle East, they opened a new factory in Lebanon. In 1994, it entered the African continent through the Egyptian market and set up its first factory in Cairo in 1997. As a mature supplier of art Paints, GLC Paints is determined to grow into one of the largest building paint factories in the Middle East and even Africa.
2022 Color Piazza is the new paint showroom project launched in Cairo by GLC Paints, A visually stunning "paint movement" launched by GLC Paints in collaboration with Egyptian Architects and artists Emy Hussein, Karim Mekhtigian and Badie Architects.
"Constantly reinvent yourself for a unique, honest and transparent social experience." This is a summary of Egyptian architect Mohamed Badie's social practice. This exhibition hall design, is another interpretation of expressionism, design inspiration comes from the accumulation of daily life, so it can meet the emotional needs of the vast majority of people. Badie Architects aims to redefine spatial experience and viewer behaviour while breaking the conventional paradigm.
