Based in New York City, Grade Design is a multidisciplinary architecture and interior Design studio founded in 2001 by founders Thomas Hickey and Edward Yedid. They focus on gorgeous, luxurious, modern space design. Tribeca Loft is a traditional Loft that GRADE uses through the use of modern art pieces in the living areas in attractive purple, red and green. The balance of soft and avant-garde shapes in the kitchen area, as well as a mix of modern materials with classic patterns and textures, revitalize the traditional space by creating a dynamic environment that subtly hints at the evolution of the Tribeca neighborhood in which it is located.
