West Village Penthouse is a residential project in London designed by local Design studio Grade Design. A 3,800 sq ft bachelor residence with a wrought-around terrace, the residence is designed in a monochrome scheme that reflects the stylish, highly bespoke environment desired by the client, where GRADE has enforced strict quality standards.
In addition to a brand new open kitchen and stylish modern bathrooms, architectural features and existing limestone and wood floors have been refurbished to create a cool, cohesive feeling. Clever elements and furniture add visual texture to each space, combining modern masters' taste for bespoke, vintage and contemporary pieces.
GRADE's vision and aesthetics translate the client's preference for black, white and grey hues into rich materials, fabrics and finishes, with plush wall treatments of cashmere, suede and Venetian stuccoes, as well as whitewashed oak and bleached ash, infusing texture and warmth throughout the room.
