The Dunn-Edwards PAINTS CONCEPT store in Nanning, Guangxi is the first store when it entered China. This is a regenerate design project, and it is also a composite functional space that combines the paint showroom with coffee shop. The purpose is to create a place to break people's traditional perception of paint shops and bring a new breath to our lifestyle by a brand new design.

In order to quickly attract the attention and interest of the public in a the complex block . We devised a strategy -catching passerby's eyes at a distance by designing a giant paint roller on the signboard and using a unified color system. At the same time, it is wrapped with coffee aroma, allowing people to explore its wonder and romance with curiosity.

By building a field with the height difference and building partitions, we constructed and simulated the most poetic oriental mood in Chinese courtyards. In the space, paint application was re-edited to simulate and restore the natural textures of soil and rocks. A complete experience was presented by visual and touch.

We choose a new color tone for the space, allowing the most inclusive earth tones throughout the entire showroom, which evokes the feeling of the natural world. There is no color more energetic than earth tones. When you stand on the land of nature with the gradient wall background and look up at the moon, you seem to have gained a new power.
