Punctuating the facades, a regular circle motif balances the linearity of the architecture and creates a pleasing rhythm that unites the volumes while providing lines of sight through to the adjacent park. Textural brick denotes the entryway, subtly heralding the arrival experience, as Hecker Guthrie infuses warmth into the interiors using timber and stone.
