India Mahdavi has created a soothing, monochrome interior. With benched seating lining the walls and armchairs made to measure, India Mahdavi has soaked the place in an audacious Hollywood pink to modernise the archetype of the brasserie. While remaining ever faithful to the avant-garde attitude at sketch, this harmonious disorder marks a break from the usual eclecticism of The Gallery.

Mahdavi is expert in creating a soothing environment, for example L’Apogée in Courchevel, or Hotel Thoumieux in Paris. Regardless of her bold use of shapes and colour, the custom made furniture upholstered in this bubblegum pink velvet offers a very bourgeois design here at Sketch.Sketch is of course an incredible space, but India Mahdavi has the ability to sprinkle some kind of magic sparkle onto every project her studio undertakes.
