Leyla Uluhanli designed this house in a famous apartment building in central Moscow. Some of the bohemians of Moscow, such as famous artists, sculptors, writers, and musicians, especially liked to live and work near the place, regardless of its age. Famous Russian poet mayakovsky and composer Pasternak came here.
“Designer Leyla Uluhanli said: 'historic houses limit our inspiration and inspire our inspiration at the same time.' Known to muscovites as the house of Ivan Korovin, a merchant, to make money, the building stands out for its unusual modern architecture."
Architect Ivan Kondratenko began designing the house in the early 20th century. The sun shines through a balcony with a cooked iron grating, reminiscent of Paris, and the architects complement it with French Windows. "Thanks to them, all the rooms have plenty of natural light, which is rare in Moscow." "Said the designer.
In an apartment totaling 300 square meters, Leyla Uluhanli designed a large living room with a piano, a dining room, a lounge, an office, three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and dressing room, a breakfast room and an adjoining kitchen. The bathroom in this apartment is fitted with a window. It took more than a year to repair, and a lot of time to repair the plaster on the ceiling.
