Villa Hagerman is located near the sea in Ljugarn on the east coast of Gotland. The house is designed for a family with three children.
The social areas, kitchen and living room are located centrally in the house, with the possibility to reach the patio towards the sea or the patio towards the courtyard. Towards the sea there is a patio with pergola roof and ribbed wall to the west. Under the pergola roof there is an outdoor kitchen, a cast concrete bench with recessed grill, wood storage, electrical outlets and more.
The children can stay in the TV room and have contact with other social areas via an internal glass section. The sound is retained in the TV room when the slider is closed. The built-in sofa can serve as a guest bed for two people and a child.
The house has an efficient floor plan with four bedrooms, a total of 7 beds and a built-in sofa possible to sleep for 2 guests as well as kitchen, living room, TV room, bathroom with submerged bath, laundry room and a guest toilet at the entrance. A total of 110 sqm of living space.
