The apartment is located in a small-apartment suburban residential complex "Level Barvikha Residence" on the Rublevo-Uspenskoe highway. The interior was created for a countryside pastime for family and friends. The project turned out to be the very desired project for the author - when you could do whatever you wanted. The interior had to be modern, not pretentious, using natural materials.
The customers purchased two apartments, which it was decided to combine. The windows of the spacious living room overlook the pine forest. Also, one of the main advantages was the presence of a chimney, which made it possible to install a real fireplace in the space, which is very rare for an apartment.
Parquet boards with knots and notches marked the beginning of the choice of finishing materials. One of the main expressive elements in the palette was natural stone: Jurassic marbled limestone was used at the entrance and on the fireplace, in the guest bathroom it is combined with Bidasar Green marble, the bathroom is decorated with natural travertine, but the most impressive was the second bathroom with a Blue Roma quartzite panel. All the furniture was purchased according to the originally created concept and ended up in its place.
Particular attention was paid to the glass cube into which the TV system is integrated. It also hides a second chimney, which separates the two zones of the apartment. It is located in the very center of the living room behind a glass partition, it has its own climatic environment, and the volume itself is lined with burnt ebony. The project is fully equipped with a smart home system; the air conditioning system uses innovative solutions for integrating slot diffusers into the interior architecture.
