Northbridge House is a renovation project in Sydney, Australia, partially undertaken by Nina Maya Interior Design. The building is at least five storeys long and had a rich history before it became a studio. The house overlooks Sugarloaf Bay and has an exterior made mostly of glass and steel. In essence, this means a pure white whole, intersected with the luxurious lines within. Thanks to a spacious swimming pool reconfigured by Ian Traill, residents can also find a sense of luxury outdoors. However, many elements of the interior have also been changed. For example, several walls were removed and the ceiling was raised, so the available space was greatly increased. All five floors feature floating stairs and floor-to-ceiling Windows.

Nina Maya's preference for organic lines and curvilinear shapes is a defining feature of interior design. Open living Spaces include a dining area, kitchen and living room. Curves are applied in all three areas, mainly in the form of seats. Several custom-made pieces of furniture, such as a coffee table, dining table and dining chairs, are located in the heart of the house in this concentration. It focuses on neutral tones, alternating with expressive colors in a controlled way. In addition, Northbridge House has offices, sitting areas and several bedrooms, including a guest room and a master bedroom with an open bathroom. The sink is made of Italian marble to contrast with the rest of the room's surfaces. In every part of the North Bridge house, the material potential is fully exploited, and the interior decoration is completed by appropriate decorative pieces and artwork.

Nina Maya provides northbridge House with a refreshing interior environment that feels like home, while also taking a critical eye. In other words, the charm of the guest rooms is complemented by the charm of space and quality.
