Pepina Pastel opens its doors in the center of the city of Valencia, in the lively neighborhood of Ruzafa, and Olmos Estudio has been in charge of bringing this project to life.

With the intention of showing the values of the brand, such as craftsmanship, tradition and proximity, Olmos Estudio has designed a warm, natural and elegant space.

The search for spatial order in such a complex geometry has been a great challenge, which thanks to the design of a completely open space, where a single display element is distinguished as an island, allows to highlight the brand's product, the cakes.

The materiality, based on natural and warm tones, generates a serene and peaceful atmosphere, where the corporate color of the brand stands out, in a custom-designed ceramic piece, which together with the warmth of natural wood, create an atmosphere of tradition and closeness.
