Lake Como has long been a source of inspiration for luxurious scenes. For Reveria Studio, these are just some of the references when designing the new interiors of The Villa Della Quercia and Mandarin Oriental RESTAURANT L-Aria.
Strike a balance between the scenes of a Fellini movie and the comfort of a friend's guest room, which is filled with the hallmarks of Italian hospitality. The floors were replaced with typical oak parquet floors, echoing the unique pattern of a classic Italian villa called Bindello, while the wardrobes were opulent and opulent. Tone is the study of color contrast, as very dark tones interact with neutral, calm tones.
In the spacious bathroom, the designers drew direct inspiration from the lake. The steady, natural, homophonic colors are punctuated by tones of dark wood and glossy brass. Local marble such as Cipollino, "Onion Stone" and "Emperador Light" are layered in the tranquil rooms.
Amazing artwork, mirrors, decorative elements and wallpaper made from traditional Como silks now line the walls. Bridging the gap between the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and the Italian artisan tradition, this new addition to the Lake Como neighbourhood is one of the most coveted resorts.
