This hotel, Wynyard Namyangju, designed by young Korean design firm The First Penguin, is located at 156 Daesan Jungang-ro, 82 Poonam-ri, Namyangju City, Gyeonggi Province, and is due for completion in 2023. In contrast to The usual approach, The First Penguin specialises in proposing architecture and design from a brand perspective, which transcends the limitations of the subject area and genre of the project.
T-FP relies on Korea's developed economic and entertainment sectors and has taken on many commercial projects. They are not only good at designing Spaces, but also have unique insights into brand operations, creating unique styles and logos for many local brands and stores.
Integrating the space experience of the occupants into design, T-FP believes that design should be in a harmonious relationship. With simultaneous combinations, the chemical interaction between physical space and the non-physical brands is accomplished.
