Palm Beach Vacation Home

Interiors Houses USA 2019-07-17

The designers brought a comfortable yet sophisticated aesthetic to this beachfront modern home in the heart of Palm Beach. The house's bright and spacious rooms are arranged around a lush central courtyard, designed for relaxed, elegant entertainment and family gatherings, with a stunning sculptural kitchen and a layered neutral palette embellished with popular colors to encourage dialogue between gallery-level furniture.

Workshop APD is a New York-based architecture and interior design studio founded in 1999 by founders Matt Berman and Andrew Kotchen. The studio specializes in luxury home design and high-end commercial development. They are not bound by a project type or a single aesthetic, but are committed to designing works that are innovative and intelligent, while seeking a balance of rationality and restrained sensibility.

The entire preparation and cooking process is shown to the customer, from grinding to preparing the paste to cooking. Since the whole approach is traditional, traditional building techniques are used through the restaurant and even its garden, which accounts for about 30% of the total area of the project.
