A specialty restaurant in Kiev, Ukraine, designed by YOD Group, a local interior Design studio. The main feature of the dining room is the open touch kitchen and touch bar. The kitchen is open to all the processes from cooking to serving. But the main feature of the kitchen is that visitors can sit at a large table between the kitchen and the hall, observe the cooking process and freely communicate with the chef. Also behind this shelf, chefs share secrets and entertain guests.
Contact bars are an integral part of the organization, as bartenders work to create unique cocktail CARDS that better emphasize the flavors of Asian dishes. Located in the center of the hall, the bar is divided into two parts: on one side of the hall, guests can observe the cooking process in the open kitchen, and on the other, observe the rhythm of the city streets. In both areas, guests can also observe the bartenders' playing skills.
