Casa Cook Rhodes is a pilot project for the Hotel brand Casa Cook Boutique. Lambs and Lions led the development of the concept in close collaboration with interior designer Annabell Kutucu and local architect Vana Pernari. The 97-room hotel is located in the small town of Kolymbia on Rhodes' east coast, within walking distance of the beach.
The hotel has a lot in common with the Greeks: it is inclusive and easy-going, and has a special interest in free living. Be yourself, the concept of "come like a friend, eat like a friend" is typical of Mediterranean and Greek personalities in particular.
Situated on a developed rocky hill, the hotel's atmosphere is decidedly medieval Californian, with exposed stone walls, wooden decks and pergolas, and bright rooms sprinkled with rich textures and hand-crafted details as design features throughout. Each rectangular block, single-story or double-story, is flanked by gleaming swimming pools.
