This Tuscan style pool house has become a sensation in Los Angeles residences, home to Alexandra and Michael Misczynski of Los Angeles design studio Atelier AM, who expanded their Los Angeles home with a sophisticated family entertainment district that evokes rural Italian glory.

In the great tradition of angelenos looking to the Mediterranean for design inspiration, the misczynskis crafted their new scaffolding as a tribute to Castiglion del Bosco. Castiglion del Bosco is a luxury resort built by owner Massimo Ferragamo (a member of the Italian luxury family). Alexandra explained: "we had a lot of fun holidays with our family, so we wanted to recreate a little bit of rural Italy in Los Angeles. When it came to design, we went straight to Massimo for advice."
