Claude Cartier collaborated with architect James Bansac to create the 250 square metre luxury villa. A bold fusion of Mediterranean silhouetted and ultra-stylish interiors, this is a remarkable and unexpected interpretation of contemporary habitat.
At the beginning of the expedition, Claude Cartier and architect James Bansac were selected by the owners of the land in Ecry, near Lyon, to build the ideal house on Maison Contemporaine Ecully. The young couple with children wanted a mineral-style house.
In order not to fall into a potential cold trap, the architects turned to the spirit of "contemporary Mediterranean", giving the house a specific sensuality to illuminate its rather drab surroundings. Thus was born the house, which has a fairly horizontal structure with terrace, swimming pool, large living room and four bedrooms.
