Element Architecten, which is jointly run and managed by architects Mattias Verschueren, Philip De Schepper and Joris De Schepper, was founded in Ghent, Belgium in 2011. They want to create a "less is more" philosophy, but also want to have an identity. To this end, they challenged minimalism, hoping to create a recognizable design style and find a balance between minimalism and design.
Element Architects was commissioned to design this unique office in Belgium. The grass-green concrete facade blends in with the natural landscape, creating a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. This is precisely the original intention of the project, the rigorous internal work environment and the leisurely nature outside to complement each other. Square concrete walls and floor-to-ceiling Windows add a touch of sophistication but charm to the project.
