Two years ago, Flack Studio designed Caravan Seoul, a restaurant for Jessica Chung and Adam Kane. Caravan II, a sister restaurant to Caravan Seoul designed by the studio for the couple, is dedicated to all-day dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a more emotional, richer feel.

Caravan II is located in Dosan Park in Seoul, covering 120 square meters in the heart of gangnam old Fashion District. The studio's design is inspired by Italian design from the 1950s, with a clear emphasis on craftsmanship, texture and handmade elements. David Flack, founder of Flack Studio, mentioned that the most important aspect of the project's design is that the two Spaces share the same spirit and story, but they both reflect the area around them.

The studio's original design concept was not to create an Australian restaurant theme, but rather to express experiences and feelings more. Jessica Chung and Adam Kane discuss their childhood memories of Australia, largely as a result of the positive impact of migration or tourism on local design and cuisine.

In Caravan II, large exposed ceilings contrast with marble patterned floors in different colours and shapes to give a sense of movement. Dining chairs complement leather booths and custom walnut screens inlaid with rattan and mirrors, evoking contemporary nostalgia.

On the walls, custom brass wall lamps by Flack Studio and abstract paintings commissioned by Melbourne artists liven up the lavish space just right. Flack Studio's focus on calm, complex details while maintaining a relaxed affinity for this project is characteristic of their style.
