Led by head chef, Esben Holmboe Bang, the doors opened in May 2020. The new space offers guests an unrivalled sense of luxury and gastronomy. In 2021 the restaurant was awarded three stars in the Michelin guide.
Dramatic angles, materials, lighting and details create a theatrical space in which to enjoy some of the best cuisine in Scandinavia. Fogia brings its Spisolini and Bollo chairs to the table.
