A 150 square metre Canal Saint Martin flat in France, designed by local interior designer Rodolphe Parente. The interior uses soft colours, smooth lines and sophisticated decorations to create a gorgeous mix of simple French charm.Parente always try to include something a little different and unusual that causes a dialogue,and his goal here was to update the interior by turning its traditional Parisian look.
Designer Rodolphe Parente is considered one of the most talented contemporary designers in France, often designs housing in the beautiful old houses of Paris. He believes that elegance is a skillful mixture of grace, attitude and irreverence, it is not something linked to the notion of good taste.He likes to give a certain graphic touch to the spaces, citing Carlo Scarpa, Pierre Chareau and Peter Zumthor among his influences.
Today, Rodolphe Parente is expanding his own studio in constant pursuit of sense of detail, savoir-faire and quality of production.His work is based on contextual code integrating graphic pattern and expressive materials to create singular and unique atmosphere.
