Studio11 designed an office for PandaDoc in Minsk covering more than 1200 square meters. The company employs about 130 people, who are divided according to their work into four large open Spaces, supplemented by a fifth space, which is a communal kitchen.

From a stylistic and methodological point of view, the project mainly follows the principles of "third wave" modern architecture, for example, the purity of technology. The colour features of the project highlight the non-colour background and two main colours - blue and Burgundy. The influence of postmodern design can be seen in the light game-like arrangement of these color volumes and the various usage scenarios created.

The partitions of each block include an entrance space with a wardrobe that visually separates the workplace. On the other side of the wardrobe, each open space is enclosed by a small coffee stand facing the window. The coffee point is also visually separated from the workplace to eliminate possible regional conflicts. Each coffee spot is a place to socialize and communicate. This planning concept has a positive impact on office work, as it reduces the distance between employees and the tea room, thus reducing the time cost. In addition, these islands of social function reduce the regularity of office space.

The main idea of the layout is the promenade, a walkway marked blue that runs along the perimeter of the entire office and connects all the working Spaces. Promenades are another way to connect office lobbies, reducing pedestrian traffic and increasing mobility. Temporary workspaces are set up next to Windows with spectacular views along the promenade for workers to rest in case they get tired of monotonous, sedentary work.
