Villa Cardo is a three-bedroom home designed by Andrew Trotter studio, which also designed Masseria Moroseta. Like Masseria, Villa Cardo was built using local materials and traditional construction methods to ensure that the Pugliese style of the building shines in the summer while maintaining light, ventilation and coolness.

Villa Cardo includes a large living and dining room, and a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that includes a bathroom and a double shower. Bedrooms have their own balcony, outdoor bathroom, and private garden with outdoor shower. There are also two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, which can also be used as a small living area, and each of these bedrooms has a shared bathroom. Downstairs there is a TV room, which can also accommodate two people, as well as a bathroom and Turkish bath with an outdoor shower. In addition to the main house, there is an old 'Lamia' country house that sleeps 2 and has a large bathroom. Surrounding the pool is an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and wood-fired oven, dining terrace, outdoor sofa and tanning bed. There is a large terrace on the roof with a great view of the sea.

The house covers less than a hectare and is planted with olive and almond trees. About 7km from the sea, the stunning Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve is the closest beach. Carovigno is the nearest town, while Ostuni is only a 15-minute drive away. Villa Cardo is conveniently located 15 minutes from Brindisi Airport and 1 hour from Bari Airport.
