Studio KO has designed a hotel in Morocco. The design of the hotel is based on traditional Berber architectural techniques and has a delicate and chic interior. The garden, which covers about two acres, has ancient olive groves and is set up in the style of a Berber village. The hotel showcases the owner's passion for blending local architecture with elegant interior design and traditional Moroccan cuisine.
Berber Lodge consists of 9 lodges in pink tones, each with a private garden or terrace. Each lodge is tastefully decorated, mixing traditional and design; woven headboards, handmade Berber carpets, vintage Moroccan furniture, handmade cushions and textiles, colorful fabrics, long grass shades, wicker baskets, poufs, cotton curtains, wicker and wood furniture, and a fireplace. Everything combines harmoniously, inviting serenity. The bathrooms have a marble sink, a carved wooden towel rack, soft towels, and a rain shower or bathtub.
The restaurant offers Moroccan cuisine made from local organic produce and ingredients grown in the garden. The main house offers a living room, library, fireplace, bar and dining room for common use. Outside, a 20x7m swimming pool and adjoining pergola bar are located at the bottom of the garden.Berber Lodge is a true destination where one comes to find refuge to slow down and disconnect.
