Founded by founder Joanna Laven, Studio Lawahl is an interior design Studio based in Stockholm, Sweden. Joanna Laven, an elegant design and renovation expert, has designed an exquisite family Apartment called Apartment O in Stockholm for artist Erik Bratsberg.

Erik's home is located in the Ostermalm district of central Stockholm, within walking distance of designer boutiques, galleries and museums such as Pascale Gallery and Design House Stockholm. This connection with Scandinavian design is reflected in the newly renovated Art Nouveau apartment, which becomes a collaborative way of art and design between designers and artists.

As is often seen in Joanna Laven's projects, many of the furniture and fixtures come from auctions and antique shops, allowing the timeless interior intervention to feel as if it has always existed. Her emphasis is on the basics and craftsmanship of objects, with favorite lighting fixtures, soft textiles, carefully selected objects and natural materials that highlight the character of space and family. Soft textures and materials bring warmth to this home, like the washed linen fabric and fluffy wool carpet on Tufty Time by Patricia Urquiola. The green sofa in the living room was impressive and caught everyone's attention. Walnut reappeared in furniture throughout the home, and every room looked coordinated and had a similar hue.
