Bisha Hotel

Interiors Hotels Toronto 2019-03-01

A seductive combination of velvet walls and sleek furnishings complement the hotel’s mesmerizing artwork and distinctive atmosphere. Bisha sets the tone for ultimate sophistication that is both seen and felt throughout.

Bisha Hotel is a new Toronto luxury hotel brand that takes an integrated approach to design, entertainment and cuisine to transform the Toronto hospitality scene. The building was designed by Wallman Architects and retains the red brick façade of the previous building. It is a mix of hotel and condominium with luxury one and two bedroom condominiums on floors nine to forty-two. Two symmetrical art installations designed by Japanese sculpture artist Jun Kaneko are located at the entrance.

Stepping into Bisha is like entering the residence of a Saudi Arabian prince. Designed by Toronto's renowned Studio Munge, it features velvet fabric walls, mosaics, marble floors, artwork and a dimly lit atmosphere. The lobby's floor is a stone parquet of black and white roots and Carrara white, and the ceiling art installation is hand-blown glass by Toronto artist Jeff Goodman.

Inspired by the intricate patterns of Alexander McQueen clothing, Bisha's lobby bar takes hotel guests and cosmopolitan characters on a sensual journey through the material depths of elegance. Featuring striking and subtly integrated design details.

The latest innovative restaurant, KŌST, is located on the 44th floor of the rich Bisha Hotel, an epic rooftop restaurant and courtyard with panoramic views of the city and the lake. Exuding an aspiration and passion for life. Directly below is a private event space that can accommodate up to 230 guests. A seventh floor hotel suite, designed by Lenny Kravitz, will be completed in October.

A blend of style and sophistication, Bisha Hotel is envisioned as a temple focused on the senses, an intoxicating evening journey. studio Munge rejects all preconceived notions of hospitality design. Curiosity and creativity have created an oasis of desire.
