Kupetsky Dvir's spacious terrace blends in with the surrounding virgin forest. The restaurant already existed, and they invited YOD Group to design a modern terrace that could serve as a dining hall.
The main attraction of the site is the rich nature of the Koncha-Zaspa community. YOD Group placed large Windows around the perimeter of the terrace and partially glazed the ceiling. Visitors can see not only the trunk from the window, but also the canopy above them.
For this project, the studio used natural materials -- wood, steel, brass. The bar is 7.5 meters long. It is made of marble and oak. Part of the terrace forms a private area, separated from the rest by a large black fireplace. The three-dimensional tiles that cover the fireplace are custom made.
To be sure, viewing an undisturbed forest is a real luxury these days. The goal of designers working in such a fertile place is not to divert visitors' attention from nature, but to bring it indoors as much as possible.
