From east to west, the Han River courses through the city, dividing Seoul into two halves. The unique geographical environment, historical and cultural roots, and the waves of the new era delineate distinct urban landscapes and intrinsic textures on the north and south banks of the river. Whether it's the juxtaposition of the new and the old, the vertical continuity, or the horizontal expansion, the scale evolves from a macro perspective to subtle nuances. Individual perspectives become indispensable in fields such as architecture, space, art, and branding, reflecting the city's multifaceted essence.

有别于其他的游学路线，此次行程规划的核心目的，是希望强调在地性、实践意义以及贴切的涉及地点认知的“感同身受”。我们聚焦4家韩国首尔的建筑室内设计事务所，通过他们对场地、历史、环境、当代审美和空间功能属性适合的设计策略，探究作品背后的思考逻辑与社会意义。

Diverging from other study abroad itineraries, the core objective of this planned journey is to emphasize locality, practical significance, and a "shared experience" closely tied to the understanding of specific locations. We will concentrate on four architectural and interior design firms in Seoul, South Korea. Through their design strategies that consider site, history, environment, contemporary aesthetics, and the functional attributes of space, we aim to delve into the thought processes and societal significance behind their works. The focus is on fostering a firsthand and empathetic connection with the designed spaces.

这种“可借鉴”的实践性设计方法论，或许对当下的我们有着一定的启发性。11月3日至11月9日，7天6晚的行程，您可以与印际（YINJISPACE）一起深入“地点”本身，体验、感知、学习韩国商业设计如何与艺术互为融合，以及基于场地环境整体协调下的个体性差异，是为“见地”。

This "practical and adaptable" design methodology might offer insightful inspiration for our current context. From November 3rd to November 9th, during the 7-day, 6-night itinerary, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the essence of the "location" with Yinji Space. This experience will involve exploring how commercial design in South Korea integrates with art and understanding the individual differences within the overall coordination of site-specific environments. The focus is on gaining firsthand insights during this journey.

① 韩国商业设计艺术之旅，由首尔的建筑师担任领队，全程1位韩翻译与事务所中文同事同行，提供专业翻译。

The Korean Commercial Design and Art Tour will be led by local architects in Seoul, with one Korean translator and a Chinese colleague from the design firms accompanying the group throughout the entire journey to provide professional translation.

② 聚焦4家韩国建筑室内设计事务所：WGNB、Z-Lab、U-Lab、TeoYang，参访作品涵盖ShowRoom、展览、餐饮、民宿、办公室等多种商业类型。

The focus will be on four South Korean architectural and interior design firms: WGNB, Z-Lab, U-Lab, and TeoYang. The visited projects will encompass various commercial types, including showrooms, exhibitions, dining establishments, guesthouses, and offices.

③ 设计师TeoYang以“艺术-设计-策展”为主题打造行程，带领我们领略艺术与设计的魅力。

Designer TeoYang will shape the itinerary around the theme of "Art-Design-Curation," guiding participants to appreciate the charm of art and design.

④ 参访首尔知名艺术家Honggu Park与Rahee Yoon的工作室，二者与新生代建筑事务所TeoYang、WGNB、LABOTORY等有长期合作。

Studio visits will include renowned Seoul artists Honggu Park and Rahee Yoon, who have long-term collaborations with emerging architectural firms such as TeoYang, WGNB, and LABOTORY.

⑤  建筑事务所U-Lab开设独家材料WORKSHOP，深入了解材料的使用与创新方法。

Exclusive material workshops will be conducted by the architectural firm U-Lab, providing in-depth insights into material usage and innovative methods.

① Teo Yang Studio是一家位于韩国的室内设计工作室，由创始人Teo Yang成立于2009年。他们专注于高端住宅和商业品牌项目，强调建筑的现代性和细节的构造，希望为优雅、定制化的室内空间注入一种新鲜的方法——融合现代和传统、艺术与个性，创造永恒的美丽瞬间。

Teo Yang Studio is an interior design studio based in South Korea, founded by Teo Yang in 2009. The studio specializes in high-end residential and commercial brand projects, emphasizing the modernity of architecture and the construction details. Their approach aims to inject a fresh perspective into elegant, customized interior spaces by seamlessly blending modern and traditional elements, art, and individuality. The goal is to create timeless moments of beauty within their designs.

② U.lab室内设计工作室位于韩国首尔，由创始人Jong-uKim和Hyunjin Kim成立于2007年。在成立之初，两位创始人就对古老而具有深刻意味的“旧空间”有着执念。虽然可以凭借工作的机会，能够在此基础上创造一种“新”的空间。然而，“旧空间”的时间积累并不能通过设计的手段特意营造出来，因此，置身体验具有悠久历史的空间一直为人们所向往。

U.lab Interior Design Studio is in Seoul, South Korea, and was founded by Jong-u Kim and Hyunjin Kim in 2007. From its inception, the founders have been passionate about ancient and profoundly meaningful "old spaces." While they have the opportunity through their work to create a "new" space based on this foundation, they acknowledge that the time accumulation of "old spaces" cannot be intentionally crafted through design. Therefore, immersing oneself in the experience of spaces with a long history has always been an aspiration.

③ WGNB是韩国首尔的一家设计工作室，由三位年轻的创始人Jonghwan Baek、Jonghyeon Shin和Dohan Kim成立于2015年。WGNB尝试将日常生活中的各种灵感提取、转换之后，应用于空间设计之中，希望能够展示一种独特的切入视角。

WGNB is a design studio based in Seoul, South Korea, founded in 2015 by three young entrepreneurs: Jonghwan Baek, Jonghyeon Shin, and Dohan Kim. WGNB endeavors to extract and transform various inspirations from everyday life, applying them to spatial design to showcase a distinctive perspective.

Z-Lab is a forward-thinking design team in the South Korean architectural scene, led by Jung Hyun Park. In their perspective, "architecture" extends beyond its literal meaning and is viewed as a design practice that integrates and coordinates various aspects, treating architecture as an operable subject. The studio offers comprehensive design services ranging from preliminary planning, architectural design, interior design, modeling, experiential design, to brand design and visual design.

⑤ Honggu Park（生于1966年），韩国知名木作匠人。历经38年，他积累了丰富的韩国和欧洲传统家具的制作经验，并逐渐形成了自己的独特工艺探索——“Abstract Tanhwa”：这是一种木材烧制技术，具有真切的感知力，同时寻找抽象图案和强烈纹理的体现。

Honggu Park (born in 1966) is a renowned Korean wood craftsman. With 38 years of experience, he has accumulated rich expertise in crafting traditional Korean and European furniture. Over time, he has developed his unique artistic exploration called "Abstract Tanhwa." This technique involves the wood-firing process, offering a tangible sensibility while seeking expressions of abstract patterns and intense textures.

⑥ Rahee Yoon是首尔的一位设计师和艺术家，涉足金属、纺织、陶瓷与木工等领域，自2017 年起开始经营自己的工作室，以探索不同材料本质的实验性作品而享有盛誉。一直以来，她广泛使用丙烯酸材料，创作了一系列有着识别度的艺术作品，并与知名建筑事务所WGNB、LABOTORY等均有合作。

Rahee Yoon is a designer and artist based in Seoul, exploring various fields such as metal, textiles, ceramics, and woodworking. Since 2017, she has been running her own studio, gaining acclaim for experimental works that delve into the essence of different materials. She extensively employs acrylic materials, creating a series of distinctive art pieces. Rahee Yoon has collaborated with well-known architectural firms such as WGNB and LABOTORY.

The listed hotels in the itinerary are based on double occupancy, with room assignments arranged randomly according to the order of registration. If a participant experiences poor sleep quality, it is recommended to upgrade to a single room. The price difference for the upgraded room is to be borne by the participant.
