City Loft

Interiors Houses Melbourne 2018-11-17

Home of Uschi Schwartz a light filled city penthouse reflecting clean lines and a contemporary feel with a relaxed edge. The project was designed by Archer Interiors.

Archer studio was founded by interior stylist Aimee Tarulli. Aimee has spent nearly a decade in advertising, working closely with the nation's most popular retail and fashion brands. She now combines her keen sense of colour, creativity and passion for interior design with her experience as an in-house stylist. Specializes in interior design.

Archer firmly believes that no home is complete without art, and art is a key element in the homes they decorate. The results are always amazing and very encouraging.

    A 360-square-metre modern minimalist villa in Spain, designed by local architecture firm Nomo Studio. Patio House is located on a gentle slope on Coves Noves, a small urbanized area on the northeastern coast of the Spanish island of Minorca. There is a beautiful view of the Mediterranean, but unfortunately there is also a 10-storey hotel on the horizon. This is an ancient relic from a time when landscape fusion meant less. The design team decided to deliberately steer the eye in a specific direction. As a result, the house's solid glass facade frames the original view to the sea, forest and garden, while concealing the large hotel building and isolating itself from its neighbours. The villa's hilltop location gives it extraordinary views, yet it also exposes strong winds from the north.
