The greenery trees in the British Embassy Tokyo highlight the serenity of "Sushi Mizukami".
Going through the arch left from original architecture design and opening the heavy sliding door, you feel a welcoming atmosphere represented with the seasonal flowers and trees in the waiting area. While spacious entrance features the cedar fixture casting subtle shadows on the sculptural timber bench, the central area exhibits an 8-seats counter with clean and thoughtful lines.
The repeated appearing motif, the interior arch over the counter connects the inside and outside of the sushi restaurant. The tactile white cedar for the counter, the sturdiness of zelkova, and clearness of Japanese cedar amplify with seasonal dishes, enabling luxury time for true essence derived by the high-level skill.
