Labotory, a design studio based in Seoul, South Korea, seeks to realize dream Spaces, overcoming spatial limitations through joyful, free-spirited interpretation and design. Not satisfied with visual aesthetics, they use unique design language, impression and spatial nuance to express more mature values.
The Hyundai Sage Vip Lounge is one of their creations in Seoul, South Korea. In modern Seoul, VIP Lounge has the core value of its brand in the space. Labotory defined Jasmine Black, Jasmine and Sage VIP Lounge as poems, paintings and letters through the brand image of hyundai Seoul VIP Lounge. As a form and function of tea, the studio established a design language through color and spatialized it.
First of all, through the elegant curve of the teacup, the neat shape of the tea tray and the clean layout, the shape of the tea is represented as a spatial element. Secondly, the relaxing and chatting functions of tea parties make the space feel comfortable. Moreover, transparent bright tawny and clean teacups have been reflected in the whole space. Therefore, they wanted to convey the comfort and unique experience of a modern Seoul family VIP room.
