From the outside, Summerhill Residence is just a modest brick house, but from the inside, it has a modern design style. A long corridor extends from the front door to the back garden, with large areas of light stone flooring setting the elegant tone, flanked by dark wood to separate the space. The metope lens of porch area also has design feeling quite.
Dining-room and living room are in the space of an open mode, the wooden column of massiness had the effect of partition already, won't be too closed again, embedded floor shoots the light to make it more appear and leave beautiful smooth shadow on the ceiling.
The Lyndsey Adelman chandelier above the dining table balances the scale of the marble table with its light and dynamic posture, and the leather pink dining chairs match perfectly. To one side is a light-filled living room, and in the middle is a Yabu Pushelberg bar cart, smoky brass with clear tempered glass and marble, functional and beautiful.
The elegant curves of Jonas Wagell's sofa echo the carpet and end table. The minimalist fireplace and the classical style Ce Wall Sconce Wall lamp also attract the eye. More striking than the living and dining room is the family room with a double height travertine fireplace. The area features extensive built-in wooden bookshelves. The orange of the carpet contrasts strongly with the grey of the sofa.
Two of Bansky's prints, Napalm and Love Rat, bring a pop art feel to the space. The master bedroom features a custom-made mustard velvet Flexform Mood bed with sculptural curves that echo the BOND STREET chairs by Yabu Pushelberg. The glass droplight of inverted triangular cone and the bedside side table of lower part also pass fine pick fine choose, have aesthetic feeling quite.
The rear garden has an outdoor lounge area and a swimming pool. Surrounded by plants and flowers, the grey recessed sofa area provides plenty of space to rest. The Tosca Adjustable recliner also echoes the sofa area. Tosca Club outdoor single chairs also form a small leisure space.
