Zhuhai Yihui Boutique Hotel, with beautiful garden scenery, is located in the prosperous district of Hengqing. Garden usually has a healing power, and it is also a contemporary extension based on the oriental gardening.
The designer is inspired by Zen and Wabi-Sabi aesthetics, highlighting the purism in decoration, magnifying the primitive texture, and embedding the artistic conception of returning to nature in the texture full of sense of history, revealing the intriguing cultural taste.
Standing in a place with a sense of nature, you can calm your mind and your soul. On the left side of the reception lobby, the stones and rocks are moved to create a quaint scene. The sound of water on the rocks is like a clear stream passing through the ears, which conforms to the connotation of Zen emptiness and seclusion, and builds a spiritual space full of Zen and artistic sense.
The architect IM Pei said: "Everyone knows the importance of light in architecture." Through structure, space and material, the hotel explores the rich changes of light, creating a dynamic scene full of rhythm and wonderful light and shadow.
