Anam was responsible for the design and project management of an extensive interior fit out for an overseas client. The new build property is located in south Dublin and boasts spectacular views across Dublin Bay.
The studio’s brief included decoration and bespoke joinery design throughout, kitchen and bathroom renovations, new bespoke master level with dressing room and ensuite with bespoke stone flooring and sanitary fittings.
Anam saw through every aspect of the process from site preparation to install and styling. This includes design and delivery of electrical, lighting and plumbing modifications, landscape enhancements, furniture and accessories specification and procurement . We achieved a high standard of finish through working with a carefully selected, highly skilled group of contractors .
