The goal is to establish a flexible and inviting workspace to attract employees back to the office after the COVID-19 remote work period. Bean Buro team were entrusted with the task of designing a sophisticated headquarters for a prominent skincare and wellness brand, set within a spacious Grade A office spanning 22,000 square feet. With ample natural light and panoramic views, the office sought to create an environment conducive to productivity and employee well-being.
Bean Buro's design vision centered on crafting a welcoming space featuring a reception area showcasing the client's products, a professional boardroom, meeting rooms, a cozy pantry, and an open-plan workspace prioritizing employee wellness. The designers goal was to reinvigorate company culture and promote collaboration, encouraging employees to transition back to the office post-pandemic.
Drawing inspiration from nature, the design narrative incorporated organic shapes and hues throughout the project. A focal point was the multifunctional pantry, transformed into a lush garden island café, fostering a sense of serenity. Embracing environmental considerations, Bean Buro optimized layout and orientation to maximize natural light and energy efficiency, ensuring a harmonious and engaging workplace environment.
Bean Buro tailored the design to the client's organizational needs, creating fluid spaces conducive to collaboration and resilience. The layout seamlessly transitioned from a welcoming reception area to a spacious café-style pantry, offering adaptable workspaces and breakout areas. Materials were carefully selected to evoke warmth and comfort, complementing the brand's identity while prioritizing user comfort and sustainability. The result is an iconic and inspiring workplace that sets a precedent for future franchise operations across multiple locations.
