Starting with the blank canvas of these grand Edwardian rooms, Sisalla were guided by the clients lifestyle and their relaxed approach. Sisalla wanted to create an informal atmosphere in the hope that the clients would actually use and enjoy these beautiful spaces, as so often these formal rooms aren’t used. Sisalla were thrilled to hear that a huge birthday party was recently held in these spaces and it was a big success.
       Beginning with the colour burgundy, we drew on a contemporary interpretation of mid-century style to give a casual, comfortable feel for the lounge area. All of the furniture, artwork, lighting and decor items were sourced to create layers of texture and colour, resulting in a relaxing and chic space.
