Holderlin’s saying, poetically man dwells on the earth, well interprets the design concept of this project. Through the integration of material, nature and space planning, it shows the spiritual poetry of residence. And it’s also the original intention of both the owner and the interior designer. Home is all about people who live there. The inherent nature of the home and the owner should match with each other. Year by year, the traces of the design become consistent with the dwellers, with the passing of time, the place will turn out to be something that can be inspiring.
The owner of this residence, a lover of liberal arts and a collector of art.Her ideal home should be with an ambience of art and culture. In the eyes of designers, liberal arts are supportive and extensive, neat and gentle, profound while enchanting, seemingly contraditive words can be logically self-consistent, we use neat lines to construct such a living space, mixed with colors and materials to let the warm feelings blend into it.
The project is a superimposed villa. The first floor is the living room, dining room and kitchen, and the second and third floors are mainly bedrooms and study. Structurally, it raises the whole guest restaurant area, making the living room, dining room and kitchen visually connected, while forming a natural division in function. The middle island area connects the dining room and kitchen, and the open visual space allows parents to take care of their children at any time.
The interior designer makes full use of the advantages of daylighting, the light can flow freely, and become the best accessory in every room. Light is the symbol of vitality.
The interior designer believes that home is a feeling, which is not in a conventional style. The overall sense of the space can’t deviate from nature of the owner. If this principle is adhered to,by and by,the home will become what we search for.
