Composed of a monolithic masonry form and a lightweight, timber and glass pavilion, in Brighton East House, InForm has created a home that is a place of connection a well as of retreat for each of its inhabitants, a family of six.

A pavilion connected emotionally and chromatically to the house, is used as an independent kitchen to host family and friends gatherings.

Located on a sloping site, this reclaimed red brick and white weatherboard house responds to the natural topography and local 1970s modernist architecture.

The house is located in a residential area of the Sierra de Madrid, in an environment where vegetation acquires great importance due to its leafiness.

Inspired by the ancient Greek word 'Palimpsest', the original meaning of 'Palimpsest' is that in ancient times, the original texts on the parchment scroll would be scraped off and rewritten with new contents; In the process of continuous rewriting, the traces of different depths were naturally retained.

Planar House is a radical exercise in horizontality, aspect commonly explored in the projects of the studio.

The biggest feature of the project, "near the water mountain", is located by the Huashan Lake. Therefore, we directly reflect this landscape and natural resources into the interior space to form a natural screen, which varies with the seasons and has different styles.

Maana Kyoto Hotel, designed and owned by Tokyo-based architect Nobuyuki Fujimoto, is housed in a 48-year-old building with well-defined fir and lattice timber facades.
